Grease accumulates silently in your exhaust system every single day. When the fire marshal walks in, a paper sticker doesn't protect you. You need a digitally documented, photo-verified compliance record for your entire system — kitchen to rooftop. That's the standard TruShine holds at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. It's the same standard we hold in your kitchen.
NFPA 96 compliant. Documented. Inspection-ready.
Most hood cleaning companies wipe the visible surfaces, hand you a sticker, and leave. Fire marshals don't inspect stickers — they inspect systems. TruShine cleans every component from kitchen to rooftop, documents every step with photos, and delivers a compliance report you can pull up on any device when the inspector arrives.
Every filter removed, degreased, and hand-cleaned or replaced. Clogged filters mean grease bypasses into the ductwork — the #1 fire risk.
Full interior degreasing of the hood plenum — the area behind the filters where grease accumulates invisibly. Scraped, washed, and inspected.
Ductwork sections cleaned and inspected. Access panels installed where needed for future maintenance and fire marshal access.
Fan blades, housing, and hinge kit fully degreased. The rooftop unit is where most competitors skip — and where fire marshals look first.
Heavy-duty plastic sheeting on all surfaces, equipment, and prep areas before any cleaning begins. Your kitchen is returned cleaner than we found it.
Before/after photos with timestamps, technician details, and next service date. Branded PDF delivered digitally. Pull it up on any device when the inspector arrives.
Every TruShine hood cleaning is photo-documented. These are real images from real job sites — not stock photos.

Baffle filters saturated. Fire suppression nozzles partially blocked. This hood was 8 months past its NFPA 96 required cleaning date.

Filters degreased and reinstalled. Interior clean. Fire suppression clear. Digital compliance report generated. Next service scheduled automatically.
Documented. Consistent. Repeatable. The same process protecting 71,000-seat venues is the process protecting your kitchen. Every technician follows the same protocol. Every job produces the same compliance record.

No hidden fees. No surprise charges. Every quote is confirmed in writing before any work begins. Pricing is based on system size, building stories, and fan count — your free assessment locks in the exact number.
All prices include complete system cleaning (hood, ductwork, rooftop fan), kitchen protection, before/after photo documentation, digital compliance report, and NFPA 96 compliance sticker. First fan included in base price. Travel fee of $100 applies to locations 50+ miles from the nearest TruShine dispatch point. TruShine specializes in multi-location kitchen compliance. We currently manage hood cleaning for 500+ Cookout locations across 8 states — with coordinated scheduling, centralized billing, and a single point of accountability for every location. Whether you operate a regional restaurant group or a national venue portfolio, the compliance platform scales with you.
Your locations are mapped and routed for maximum efficiency. Every kitchen stays on its NFPA 96 cycle without you managing a single calendar.
See every location's compliance status in one view. Green = compliant. Amber = due soon. Red = overdue. Exportable for corporate audits.
One invoice for all locations. One AP contact. Monthly compliance summary reports delivered to the operations team you designate.
Multi-unit accounts get a named account manager for scheduling changes, urgent requests, and quarterly compliance reviews.
The same crews and protocols cleaning Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Truist Park serve your restaurant. No quality tiers — one standard.
Most hood cleaning companies wipe the visible surfaces, slap a sticker on the hood, and hand you a paper certificate. When the fire marshal asks for documentation, you're searching through a filing cabinet. When they check the rooftop fan, the grease is still there.
TruShine operates at venue-grade standards — the same process used at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Truist Park, and State Farm Arena. Every restaurant we service gets the same thoroughness, the same documentation, and the same digital compliance platform.
80% of our hood cleaning clients bundle additional services. Your exhaust system is one of four compliance risks in your kitchen. Manage all four under one contract and eliminate the vendor coordination headache permanently.
Scheduled pumping and maintenance of your grease trap. Prevents backups, environmental fines, and health department citations. One vendor for hood and trap eliminates two phone calls.
Hood cleaning + grease trap + UCO management under one contract. All four kitchen compliance risks managed. One invoice. One compliance dashboard. The full platform.
Full kitchen restoration — walls, floors, equipment. Schedule a deep clean with your hood service for maximum efficiency. One crew visit, two compliance boxes checked.
When your hood system needs more than cleaning — damaged ductwork, broken hinges, missing access doors, worn filters — TruShine handles the repair or full installation on-site. No need to call a separate contractor. One team for cleaning, maintenance, and repair.
Schedule a free facility assessment. We walk your kitchen, identify every compliance gap, and deliver a plan with transparent pricing. No obligation. No pressure. Whether you operate one kitchen or one hundred — the assessment is the same: thorough, honest, and free.
